机械通气联合无痛支气管灌洗治疗呼吸衰竭的临床观察

Clinical observation of mechanical ventilation combined non-pain broncholavage in treatment of respiratory failure

目的观察机械通气联合无痛支气管灌洗治疗呼吸衰竭的临床效果。方法26例呼吸衰竭患者分为两组:治疗组13例,采用机械通气联合无痛支气管灌洗;对照组13例,采用机械通气联合常规吸痰组治疗。结果在血气、气道阻力,呼吸机相关性肺炎等方面,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论机械通气联合无痛支气管灌洗能缩短通气时间,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To obserte the clinical effect of mechanical ventilation combined with non-pain bronchialavage in the treatment of respiration failure. Metheds Twenty-six patients with respiratory failure were divided into two groups, 13 patients treated with mechanical ventilation combined non-pain bronchialavage, and the other 13 patients treated with mechanical ventilation and routine sputum aspiration. Results Blood gas analysis, resistance of air way and ventilator related pneumonia were better in the therapy group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ventilation time and ventilator related pneumonia were decreased in the mechanical ventilation conbined non-pain bronchialavage group.
