摘要
本文采用化学镀法在陶瓷基SrCe0.95Yb0.05O3-α表面镀镍制备N i/SrCe0.95Yb0.05O3-α陶瓷基电极,利用扫描电镜观察N i电极的表面和截面形貌,用EDAX测定镀层的成分,并初步探讨了在陶瓷基上化学镀镍的工艺条件.结果发现采用HF:浓H2SO4:K2Cr2O7溶液(体积比)为1:1:3的粗化液以及用异丙醇作敏化剂所得镍层最好.
Electroless plating was used to prepare Ni/SrCe0.95Yb0.05O3-α ceramic electrode on the surface ofSrCe0.95Yb0.05O3-α. The surface and sectional morphology of the electrode were analyzed by Sanning Electric Microscope and the components of the coating were analyzed by EDAX. And the technology and condition of electroless Ni plating were discussed. It was found that the coating was best when the coursing solution rate of HF: H2SO4 : K2Cr2O7 was 1 : 1 : 3 and the i - propanol was used as sensitizing solution.
