人工髋关节置换手术并发症分析

Analysis of Complications of Artificial Hip Replacement

目的：分析人工髋关节置换术的并发症。方法：我院1998年1月至2004年12月行人工髋关节置换术42例，34例获得随访，随访时间1-6年，平均3．5年。观察术中术后并发症。结果：16例发生并发症，其中疼痛6例，假体松动2例，髋臼磨损1例，人工股骨头脱位1例，切口感染2例，术中股骨骨折1例，上段劈裂1例，下肢深静脉血栓形成2例。结论：人工髋关节置换手术并发症的发生与手术操作、金属假体质最及患者个体差异等因素有关。

Objective： To analyze complication of artificial hip replacement. Methods： Fourty- two cases accepted artificial hip replacement from January 1998 to December 2004, 34 cases accepted follow - up average time is 3.5 years （ lyear to 6 years）. To observe complications of operation. Results： Sixteen cases had complications pain in 6 cases, loosen of prothesis in 2 cases, wearing of acetabulum in 1 case, dislocation of artificial femoral head in 1 case, incision infection in 2 cases, fracture of femur in the operation in 1 case, deep vein thrombosis in 2 cases. Conclusion： The complications are related to the skills of operation, quality of metal prothesis and individual differences of patients.
