白星技术功量环调整后对超声乳化白内障吸除术的影响

Influence of phacoemulsification using whitestar technique after adjustment of the duty cycle

目的:比较观察白星技术功量环调整后能量控制系统6.0版对超声乳化白内障吸除术临床疗效的影响。方法:选择两组患者44例(51眼)和35例(50眼),分别应用Sovereign超声乳化仪白星技术5.0版能量控制系统与6.0版(功量环调整后)行超声乳化白内障吸除术,随访3mo,分别记录术前和术后眼部情况、一般情况及角膜内皮细胞情况,并于术中记录超声乳化时间和能量,分别进行比较观察。结果:两组术后3mo视力5.0版组为0.64±0.22,6.0版组为0.65±0.25,均较术前明显提高;术后3mo角膜内皮细胞计数5.0版组2223.65±266.82,6.0版组为2263.88±381.30,比较差异无显著意义(P=0.54);超声时间和能量5.0版组为EPT(s)2.289±3.31,U/S(s)32.71±36.6,能量(%)5.69±2.92,6.0版组为EPT(s)1.909±3.36,U/S(s)41.0±32.12,能量(%)3.5±2.28,两组能量比较差异有显著意义(P=0.00)。结论:超声乳化白内障吸除术中,白星技术6.0版能量控制系统使超声乳化能量释放明显减少,节省了能量,提高了手术安全性和效率。

AIM： To observe the clinical effect of phacoemulsification using WhiteStar technique version 6.0 software after adjusting the duty cycle. METHODS： A total of 101 eyes （79 cases） with cataract were randomly divided into two groups. Phacoemulsification using Sovereign WhiteStar version 5.0 and 6.0 software were performed in the two groups, respectively. The clinical outcomes and the energy and time （EPT） of phacoemulsification and the accounting of endothelial cells were obtained and compared before surgery and at 3mo after surgery. RESULTS： The visual acuities after phacoemulsification with Sovereign WhiteStar technique version 5.0 software and version 6.0 software were 0.64± 0.22 and 0.65± 0.25, respectively. The accounting of endothelium cells at 3mo after operation in the two groups were 2 223.65 ± 266.82 and 2 263.88 ± 381.3, respectively （P=0.54）. The power（%）, EPT（s） and U/S （s） were 5.69± 2.92, 2.289± 3.31 and 32.71± 36.6 in version 5.0 software and 3.5± 2.78, 1.909± 3.36 and 3.5± 2.28 in version 6.0 software, respectively, with significant difference in the power between the two groups （P =0.00）. CONCLUSION： WhiteStar technique version 6.0 software can lower the energy of phacoemulsification and improve the reliability and efficiency of surgery.
