摘要
目的:评价开放性眼外伤无光感眼行玻璃体切割术的预后。方法:对12例开放性眼外伤后无光感眼行玻璃体切割术,并观察其疗效。随访6～15mo。结果:视力提高4例,8例仍无光感,其中1例行眼球摘除。结论:部分开放性眼外伤无光感眼行玻璃体切割术后可获得一定的视力,视力不恢复者外观短期内能得到维持。
AIM： To evaluate vitrectomy of open globe injuries with no light perception.
METHODS： We performed vitrectomy on 12 eyes with NLP, The patients with LP or more than LP after the operations were followed up from 6-15 months.
RESULTS： Postoperatively, 4 of 12 patients had visual acuities of LP to 0.05, Eight eyes remained NLP, in which one had enucleation,
CONCLUSION： Some patients of NLP may get some visual acuities after surgical treatment of vitrectomy, The eyes NLP eyeball can maintain its shape,
