摘要 目的:探讨p53、p63、p73蛋白表达及细胞凋亡在胃癌发生发展中的可能机制。方法:选择57例手术切除的胃癌及胃癌旁组织,用免疫组化方法检测组织中的p53、p63、p73蛋白表达,同时用Tunel方法检测胃癌组织中的凋亡细胞。结果:胃癌组织p53、p63、p73蛋白表达率显著高于胃癌旁组织(P<0.05);低、未分化型腺癌表达率显著高于高、中分化型腺癌(P<0.05);有淋巴转移显著高于无转移组(P<0.05);p53、p63、p73高表达的癌组织,细胞凋亡指数减少,早期胃癌凋亡低于晚期胃癌(P<0.05)。结论:胃癌组织p53、p63、p73蛋白表达水平增高,可延缓细胞凋亡;细胞凋亡机制障碍可能是胃癌增生失控的基础。 Objective:The effect of p53,p63,p73 Protein expression and on the cellular apoptosis was studied for understanding the possible mechanism of malignant growth of gastric cancer. Methods: Total of 57 samlples of 5gastric cancer and the para -cancer tissue from surgical resected tissues were selected. The expression ofp53 ,p63and p73 protein were detected immunohistochemically,and the apoptosis was detected by tunnel labeling method. Results : Expressions ofp53, p63 and p73 in the gastric cancer tissue were significantly higher than those in the paracancer tissue( P 〈 0.05 ), low differentiating adenocarcinoma higher than moderate, high differentiation ( P 〈 0.05 ), lymph node matastasis higher than mefactasis no(P 〈 0.05 ). The AI (apotopsis index) decreased in the cancer tissue of high expression levels of p53 , p63 and p73. The AI of early stage gastric cancer was lower than end stage(P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: The higher expression of p53,p63 and p73 in the gastric cancer may be contributed to the inhibition of cell apoptosis,and the abnormal mechanism of apoptosis may lead to the proliferation of gastric cancer out of control.
