细胞因子在奶牛乳房炎防治中的应用研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 奶牛乳房炎是危害奶牛业一种常见疾病和多发病,主要是由微生物(传染性病原体和环境性病原体)感染所引起的,遗传因素、饲养管理因素和环境因素等也可以导致该病的发生。据统计,奶牛乳腺内感染检出率高达95%,乳区可达75%,其中有29%奶牛和15%的乳区在繁殖后表现出临床性的乳房炎。乳房炎引起的损失主要包括兽医服务和药物支出的增加、奶牛乳腺和含有抗生素牛奶的废弃、奶产量下降等,全世界每年因乳房炎造成的损失高达350亿美元。乳房炎的控制主要有传统抗生素疗法和非抗生素疗法两大类,抗生素一定程度上对于降低乳房炎发生率,减少乳房炎引起的经济损失起了主要的作用,目前仍然是控制乳房炎的重要而普遍应用的方法,但是由于引起乳房炎的病原体种类众多,
