摘要
本文介绍一种计算机化运动心电分析系统，该系统设计专用ＣＭ５、ＡＶＦ和Ｖ５导联组合，采用最新ＳＴ／ＨＲ斜率、ＳＴ段压低和ＱＴｃ三参数综合判别和微机自动识别技术，完成了从运动前到运动后，特别是运动中的心电信号放大、采集、存储、分析、打印和修正的硬软件设计，为冠心病的检查与诊断提供了有效的手段。
This article introducesd computerized exercise ECG analysis system.The special leads of CM5,Avf.V5 we e newly designed in the system,The techniques of overall determining by means of the newest three parameters,ST/HR slope,ST segment depression,and QTc,and automatic recognition method were adopted,hard-ware and soft-ware design for Amplifing,collecting,analysing,storing printing,correcting ECG from pre-exercise to post-exercise,specially in exercise period were completed,The valid means were provided for check and diagnosis of coronary disease.
