摘要
训练对象的不同,力量训练的方法与手段等存在明显差异。普通高校田径运动员力量基础的薄弱性、力量训练的短期效益性,以及训练计划的频繁变更性等决定了其力量训练不能机械地照搬专业队的训练模式和训练方法。本文主要运用文献资料法,对普通高校田径运动员力量训练的特点进行深入地分析,并在此基础上提出了普通高校田径运动员力量训练必须遵循的六条原则和四种训练方法,以供广大教练员参考之用。
Strength training means and methods for different training object are different, training model of professionall athletes and methods are not fit for track and field athletes of colleges and, universities This article, based on reading literature, analyses the characteristic of the strength training for track and field athletes of colleges and universities. On base of it, six strength training principles were also put forward, and it also shows four methods to develop strength of track and field athletes and provides catches with some references.
