摘要
探讨了目前高校科研评价中存在的问题,并从政策、制度、程序等方面进行了全面分析,最后提出相应的对策.希望推动高校科研评价工作向更加科学、公正的方向发展.
The problems in evaluation of college scientific research are introduced and analyzed from the aspects of policy, institution,and procedures. The countermeasures are then put forward to make the evaluation scientific and justifled.
