To prolong the usage life and to improve the antiseepage ability of asphalt pavement, a new technique of pavement seal coat has been adopted. STAR-SEAL coat and cases of expressway asphalt pavement maintenance are introduced, which can apply reference for the profession in the aspect of prevention maintenance.
