自身免疫性内耳病是由于机体产生了抗内耳组织抗体和/或细胞侵犯耳蜗、蜗后和/或前庭结构并引起相关结构损伤的自身免疫性疾病。自身免疫性内耳病的诊断依赖于对病史、临床表现、免疫学检查和免疫治疗反应的综合考虑。自身免疫性内耳病以药物治疗为主,主要药物为糖皮质激素。

Autoimmune inner ear disease is a kind of autoimmune disease caused by body producing anti-inner ear tissue antibody and （or） cells invading cochlea, retrocochlea and （or） vestibule to make corresponding structure impairment. The diagnosis of autoimmune inner ear disease depends on the synthetic advisement of case history, clinical manifestation, immunological checking and treatment reaction. The main therapy for autoimmune inner ear disease is pharmacotherapy and the main drug is glucocorticoid.
