摘要 目的将快速成形技术应用于骨科领域,为骨科医学的发展提供了一个崭新的手段。方法通过螺旋CT得到整个肩胛骨的二维CT影像,最后通过计算机辅助设计系统(CAD)建立三维模型,再输出快速成型设备可以读取的STL格式。利用ZSW-1型激光快速成型机将STL文件加工成肩胛骨的纸基模型。结果采样后肩胛骨三维重建图像及LOM法制作的肩胛骨三维模型,可以明显地看到骨折和损伤的部位。结论通过观察和研究模型,可以直观的了解病人的病情,从而使外科医生在未进行手术的情况下,可以预先模拟手术过程,找出较好方案,使手术快速准确的完成。 Objective To take rapid prototyping techniques to the domain of orthopedics and offer a brand-new means for development of medical science of orthopedics. Methods Getting two-dimensional CT image of the whole shoulder blade by spiral CT, then setting up a three-dimensional model through CAD system, and finally exporting STL file which could be read by rapid prototyping equipment. The STL file was processed into paper base model of shoulder blade utilizing the laser rapid prototyping machine of Model ZSW-I. Results The fractured and injured sites could be clearly revealed on the three-dimensional model. Conclusion By observing and researching the model, surgeons enable to understand the patient condition ocularly, imitate the operation course in advance, find out optimal scheme, and thus ensure the operation fast and accurately finished.
