摘要
目的探讨过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和转化生长因子β1(TGFβ1)水平的变化及其在HSP发病中的作用。方法采用双抗体夹心ELISA方法检测20例急性期HSP患儿及15例正常儿童血清VEGF和TGFβ1水平。结果急性期HSP患儿血清VEGF和TGFβ1水平(533.85±127.63)ng/L,(84.25±19.32)ng/m l明显高于正常对照组(68.93±19.16)ng/L,(65.95±17.38)ng/m l,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论VEGF和TGFβ1可能参与了HSP的发病过程,可能是介导HSP血管炎症损伤过程中的重要细胞因子,为进一步认识HSP发病机制提供了实验依据。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF) and transforming growth factor-beta 1(TGF-β1) and their effects on pathogenesis in children with Henoch-Schoenlein purpura. (HSP). MethodsSerum VEGF and TGF-β1 were detected by sandwich ELISA in 20 children with HSP in acute phase and 15 normal children. Results The serum VEGF and TGF-β1 levels in children with HSP in acute phase were (533.85 ± 127.63) ng/L and (84.25 ± 19.32) ng/ml, which were significantly higher than normal controls(68.93 ± 19.16) ng/L and (65.95 ± 17.38) ng/ml ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion The serum VEGF and TGF-β1 levels increase markedly in acute phase of HSP, which shows that VEGF and TGF-β1 may play an important role in pathogenesis of HSP. It is of great value in understanding the pathogenesis of HSP in children.
