现代高校发展过程中图书馆重要性的不断凸显,图书馆内部诸要素之间的关系以及图书馆与学校和社会之间关系出现了新的内涵和外延。高校图书馆要实现持续、快速和健康发展的目标,就必须在改革实践中对这些关系进行重新认识,处理好影响图书馆改革发展的若干重要关系。

The importance of the library is more and more obvious in the development of modern university, and the relations among the factors within the library and the relations among the library, university and society appear new connotations and extensions. The university library, which wants to implement the target of sustaining, rapid and healthy development, must recognize these relations in the reform practice and treat well the several important relations influencing the development and reform of university library.
