摘要
介绍了学科馆员的概念及其产生的时代背景,分析了我国高校“学科馆员”实践的现状,提出了建立和完善学科馆员制度的几项措施。
This paper introduces the concept and era baekground of the subject librarian, analyzes on the present situation of the practice of subject librarian system in Chinese universities, and advances several measures for establishing and perfecting the subject librarian system.
