This paper introduces the basic concepts and procedures of the agricultural popularization, analyzes on the present living situation of Chinese immigrants and the importance of developing the agriculture, and in the light of the causes of slow development of the immigrant economy, advances some concrete measures for promoting the development of the immigrant economy by the agricultural popularization.
