This paper introduces the general situation of Cetian Reservoir, analyzes on the problems of Cetian Reservoir such as the lower design standard, the safety parameter which is below the accepted value of regulation, the liquefaction and interface＇s contacted-erosion of the dam base, and advances the necessary measures for the dangereliminating and reinforcing of Cetian Reservoir.
