摘要
目前在企业经营中由于员工激励不足,导致员工的工作积极性下降、工作效率不高的现象。阐述了对企业员工进行有效激励的措施。
The shortage of the personnel motivation in currept enterprise management results in the phenomena that the working activity of personnel is falling down and the working efficiency is lower. This paper expounds some measures for making effective motivation to the personnel of enterprise.
