摘要
阐述了西方国家工资分配的公平性理论,分析了高校临时工的特点与高校管理工作中存在的问题,指出高校管理人员应从保障临时工合法权益、加强管理人员与临时工之间的沟通、推选临时工代表参与管理工作等方面入手,提高临时工的公平感。
This paper expounds the equity theory on the salary distribution in the western countries, analyzes on the features of university casual laborers and some problems existing in university management, and points out that the administrative personnel of the university should protect the legal rights and interests of the casual laborers, strengthen the communication between the administrative personnel and the casual laborers, select the representative persons of the casual laborers to participate the administrative work, etc. for increasing the sense of equity of the casual laborers.
