Globalization,Economic Transition and China's Policy Choices of Income Distribution Optimization

把中国劳动者的工资增长和福利改进置于全球化的背景下进行讨论,构建了一个普通劳动者从中国参与全球化中获益的理论分析框架。对中国参与经济全球化的必然性、全球化惠及普通劳动者机制的作用条件、"刘易斯转折点"与"库兹涅茨转折点"重合条件等角度的分析表明,在中国经济转型期,应通过政策选择,进一步实现经济增长与收入分配同步,使中国的劳动者从全球化中更多地获益,进而促进中国收入分配的优化。

By building an analytical framework on how the globalization participation benefits unskilled workers, this paper discusses wage growth-and welfare improvement of Chinese workers under the background of economic globalization. It analyzes the inevitability for China to have participated in globalization process, the conditions under which unskilled workers can benefit fi＇om China＇s fast growth, conditions of overlapping between Lewisian and Kuznets＇s turning points. The paper also reveals the policy options, while China＇s development is approaching its turning points, which will make the economic growth more consistent with income distribution.
