资源价格改革的目标是建立符合经济可持续发展需要、促进资源可持续利用的资源价格形成机制;垄断行业价格改革目标是促进社会公平,维护消费者正当权益,同时鼓励企业经营者提高效率,降低成本;教育卫生价格改革则要强调其普遍服务的公益性特征;对于国际市场价格波动,应建立有效的应对机制。

The objection of price reform is to establish a new price forming mechanism which is coincident with economic development and could take the sustainable using of resources. The price reforming objection of monopoly industries is to expedite social equality, maintain consumers＇ even rights, enhance enterprise efficiency and reduce cost; the key of price reforming of education and health is to strengthen its all-pervading service and show the characteristic of commonweal; and the new price mechanism could answer to the fluctuating of international market.
