摘要
企业家人力资本具有鲜明的产权特征,寻找"帕累托次优"制度安排的努力,规定了企业家激励制度变迁的必然性。按照时段不同,我国国有企业企业家激励制度可划分为四种类型:一是"国家租金激励制度",二是"放权让利激励制度",三是"年薪制激励制度",四是"业绩考核激励制度"。应完善业绩考核激励制度,加强监管,规范企业及其企业家的行为。
Entrepreneurial human capital has evident characteristic of property right, the effort of seeking for the second best institution in Pareto's theory determines the necessity of entrepreneurial incentive system. According to the period, Chinese SOEs' entrepreneurial incentive system can be divided into four types: the first is "national rent incentive system", the second is "decentralization and interest concessions incentive system", the third is "yearly wage incentive system" ,the forth is "performance evaluation incentive system". We should consummate performance evaluation incentive system, enhance supervision, regulate behaviors of firms and entrepreneurs.
