儿童热性惊厥的发作次数与脑电图异常变化关系分析

The relation between the frequency of febrile convulsion and the electroencephalogram in 436 children

目的 探讨儿童热性惊厥的发作次数与脑电图的关系。方法 对436例儿童热性惊厥的发热原因、发作次数及脑电图表现进行分析。结果 286例儿童热性惊厥有明确病因，分别为呼吸道感染212例，消化道感染74例，原因不详150例。热性惊厥发作1—2次者154例，脑电图异常60例，其中30例出现癫痫样放电；发作3—4次者72例，脑电图异常56例，其中36例出现癫痫样放电；发作5次以上者210例，脑电图异常202例，其中150例出现癫痫样放电。结论 脑电图异常率随发作次数的增多而逐渐增加：发作次数越多．脑电图出现癫痫样放电的机会越多。

Objective To study the relation between the frequency of febrile convulsion and the EEG. Methods 436 children wirh febrile convulsion were studied, including their disease cause, frquency and EEG. Results 286 cases had clear cause,the disease cause of 212 cases were respiratory tract infection,74 cases were infection of digestive canal and 150 cases was unclear. 60 cases EEG were abnormal in 154 cases whose febrile convulsion occurred 1 or 2 times in all. Among them,30 cases had epieptic EEG. 56 cases EEG were abnormal in 72 cases whose febrile convulsion occurred 3 or 4 times in all, among them ,36 cases had epileptic EEG. 202 cases EEG were abnormal in the rest 210 cases whose febrile convulsion occurred more than 5 times in all, among them, 150 cases had epileptic EEG. Conclusion The abnormal rate of EEG increased with the frequency of febrile convulsion increasing, the febrile conulsion frequent of the opportunity of epileptiform discharge of was more EEG.
