不同干燥方法对喜树果中喜树碱含量的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨不同干燥方法对喜树果中喜树碱含量的影响。方法对采集到的喜树果鲜药材分别采用阴干、曝晒、40℃、60℃、80℃-100℃烘干的方法进行干燥,并采用HPLE法测定喜树果不同干燥品中喜树碱的含量。结果不同干燥方法对喜树果药材中喜树碱含量有一定影响,其中阴干品含量最高,40℃烘12h及60℃烘4—8h含量变化不大,曝晒(37℃)24h及40℃烘18-24h、80℃烘2-6h、100℃烘1-3h含量均有减少。结论不同干燥方法对喜树果药材中喜树碱含量有不同的影响。喜树果药材宜采用阴干或一定时间低温烘干的方法干燥。 Objective To analyse the content of Camptothecine in fruit of camptotheca acuminata decne, by different dry methods. Methods Fresh fruit of camptotheca acuminata Decne. in the shade, in the sun, in 40℃ .60℃, 80℃ and 100℃ were dried respectively. The content of camptothecine was determined by HPLC.Results Different dry methods had different effect on the content of camptothecine,the sampies dried in the shade was with the highest content,in 40℃ 12 h and 60℃ 4- 8 h with no great change,but in the sun(37℃ ) 24 h,40℃ 18 - 24 h,80℃ 2 - 6 h and 100℃ 1 - 3 h with decrease. Conclusion Different dry methods have different effects on the content of camptothecine, fruit of camptotheca acuminata Decne should be dried in the shade or in the lower temperature.
