代谢综合征患者肱动脉内皮功能与高敏C-反应蛋白的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨代谢综合征患者肱动脉内皮功能与高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的关系。方法检测72例代谢综合征患者和18例正常对照者的肱动脉血流介导的血管扩张反应,并用速率比色法检测血清hs-CRP的浓度。结果代谢综合征患者的肱动脉血流介导的血管扩张反应为(8·32±1·20)%,低于对照组的(17·02±1·06)%(P<0·01);hs-CRP的浓度为(5·82±1·13)mg/dl高于对照组的(2·48±1·21)mg/dl(P<0·01);在代谢综合征患者中血流介导的血管扩张反应较小者其hs-CRP浓度较高,二者存在负相关(r=-0·44,P<0·05)。结论代谢综合征患者hs-CRP浓度增高与肱动脉内皮功能受损关系密切。 Objective To explore relationship between endothelial function of brachial artery and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in patients with metabolic syndrome (MS) .Methods The flow-mediated vasodilafion of the brachial artery was measured by the means of flow-mediated vasodilation (FMD) in 90 subjects,including 72 patients with MS and 18 normal subjects as control group.Meanwhile,the levels of hs-CRP were determined with colorimetric method. Results Compared with the control group, FMD were lower in patients with MS (8.32% +- 1.20% vs. 17.02% +- 1.06%, P 〈 0.01) ,while the levels of hs-CRP 'were higher (5.82 +- 1.13mg/dl vs. 2.48 +- 1.21mg/dl, P 〈 0.01 ) .In patients with MS,the levels of hs-CRP were higher in those patients showed lower FMD, and there was a negative correlation between FMD and the levels of hs-CRP(r= -0.44, P〈0.05).Conclusion: There is a elose relation between the increase of semm hs-CRP and brachial arterial endothelial dysfunction.
