高危型HPV16/18感染与宫颈上皮内瘤变的相关性 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨高危型人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)16/18感染与宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)的关系。方法用膜式液基薄层细胞学(TCT)技术筛查与病理学诊断相结合,对宫颈炎和宫颈上皮内病变一级及其以上(≥CIN1)病例各200例进行HPV16/18型荧光定量PCR检测。结果宫颈病变≥CIN1组阳性病例69例,阳性率34·5%;宫颈炎对照组阳性病例16例,阳性率8·0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0·01)。结论高危型HPV16/18感染与宫颈上皮内瘤变密切相关。
