为使CJ 5.8 tex×2巴里纱产品的顺利生产,采用长绒棉纺制了CJ 5.8 tex×2股线。由于CJ 5.8tex单纱和CJ 5.8 tex×2股线的捻度配置大,且单纱与股线采用同向加捻,平衡性差、捻缩较大,采用“两次定捻法”,确保定捻效率达到75%以上,为分条整经和剑杆织机织造提供了先决条件,使织机的效率达到95%以上,下机一等品率达到98.7%,取得了较好的效果。
