摘要
为降低原淀粉浆液的粘度、提高淀粉浆液对纯棉纱的粘附力,利用三种助剂的协同作用,选用适当的配比研制开发了淀粉降粘剂SPU。测试对比了玉米淀粉+SPU、玉米淀粉+分解剂、氧化淀粉、玉米淀粉四种浆液对纯棉纱的粘附性能。结果表明:降粘剂SPU用于与淀粉混合煮浆,能大幅降低淀粉浆液粘度,与传统淀粉改性剂相比,能使淀粉浆具有更好的粘度稳定性,对纯棉纱具有更高的粘附力、断裂伸长和断裂功。
To reduce viscosity of raw starch size and enhance the adhesion ability to pure cotton yarn, starch reducing viscosity agent SPU was developed by three agents and suitable ratio. The adhesion ability of four size which are corn starch and SPU, corn starch and splitter, oxidized starch, corn starch to pure cotton yarn were analyzed. The test shows that cooking SPU with starch can reduce starch size viscosity evidently, compared with traditional starch modifier, it can make starch size has better viscosity stability, higher adhesion, higher elongation and higher work-to-break to pure cotton yarn.
