摘要
为了消除粗号斜纹品种经缩疵点,分析了经缩疵点的产生原因,设计了三种织造工艺,进行了经缩疵点的对比,选择了较佳的工艺配置,并针对经缩疵点的产生原因,从调整开车处理方法、改变巡回路线、合理控制车间温湿度、加强清洁、合理设计浆料配方等方面介绍了具体措施,从而保证了织造效率为95%左右,入库一等品率为99%以上。
To remove knees defects of coarse count twill fabric and analyze generating reasons of knees defects, three weaving processing were designed, and knees defects of them were compared, the best processing configuration was chosen. According to the generating reasons of knees defects, concrete measures were introduced Through adjusting driving treatment, changing patrol route, controlling workshop moisture temperature reasonably, strengthening cleaning, designing size formula reasonably and so on. Weaving efficiency is guaranteed about 95% , and first grade in putting in storage is above 99%.
