1844例变态反应性皮肤病血清过敏原特异性IgE抗体分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨变态反应性皮肤病血清中过敏原特异性IgE抗体及总IgE水平变化。方法对临床确诊的1844例变态反应性皮肤病患者包括荨麻疹884例,湿疹704例,特应性皮炎256例,采用酶免疫分析法对血清过敏原特异性IgE和总IgE进行检测及分析。结果1844例患者血清总IgE检测阳性(大于90IU/mL)1148例,占62.3%;食入组过敏原以虾蟹居首位(24.1%),其后是鱼(19.0%)、猪牛羊肉(13.7%)、牛奶(11.2%)、蛋白蛋黄(8.6%)、大豆花生(4.0%);吸入组过敏原粉尘螨最高(30.5%)、多价霉菌(29.8%)、蒿属植物(24.8%)、屋尘(24.2%)、榆柳杨树花粉(23.5%)、豚草(9.7%)。结论检测变态反应性皮肤病血清中过敏原特异性IgE抗体及总IgE水平可确认过敏体质,寻找相应过敏原,为变态反应性疾病的预防和治疗提供依据。 Objective To investigate the allergen-specific IgE antibody and total serum immunoglobulin E (IgE) levels in patients with common allergic dermatosis. Methods The specific allergen and total serum IgE level in 1844 cases with allergic dermatosis were detected with enzyme immunoassay method. Including 884 cases with urticaria, 704 cases with eczema, 256 cases with atopic dermatitis. Results Among 1844 cases with allergic dermatosis, total serum IgE level of 1148 cases(62.3% ) were positive( ≥90IU/mL). In food group, the most common allergen was shrirnp/cmb mix(24.1% ), fish( 19.0% ) was the next, then were beef/mutton mix ( 13.7 % ), milk( 11.3 % ) , eggs ( 8.6 % ) and soybeen/peanut mix (4.0 % ) ; in inhalation group, the most com- mon allergen was the dust mite ( 30.5 % ), then was polyvalent fungus ( 29.8 % ), artemisia ( 24.8 % ), dermatophagoides pteronyssinus(24.2% ), tree pollen(23.5% ), and ragweed(9.7% ). Conclusion Enzyme immunoassay method could help us to fred relevant allergens and to confirm allergic constitution of patients, and could provide foundation of the prevention and treatment of allergic dermatosis.
