指背皮神经并筋膜蒂逆行皮瓣修复指端骨外露

Repair of Finger Extremities Bone Reveal with the Finger Dorsum Cutaneous Nerve and Fascia Pedicle Flap

目的 探讨指背皮神经并筋膜蒂逆行皮瓣在修复指端骨外露中的临床应用效果。方法 以指背皮神经并筋膜蒂逆行皮瓣修复指端创面患者7例，观察皮瓣的成活率、质地、色泽、感觉。结果 随访3～24个月，平均18个月。7例皮瓣全部顺利成活，指端创面均获得覆盖；供区创面顺利愈合；皮瓣质地、弹性均正常，皮色与受区一致，无溃疡发生，感觉获得恢复。结论 指背皮神经并筋膜蒂逆行皮瓣修复指端创面具有手术操作相对简单、安全，皮瓣厚薄适中，弹性好，色泽与受区一致，利于抗磨、防止溃疡和损伤等优点。

Objective To explore the clinical effect that the finger dorsum cutaneous nerve and fascia pedicle flap for repairing finger extremities bone reveal. Methods 7 cases with finger extremities bone reveal were repaired with the finger dorsum cutaneous nerve and fascia pedicle flap. Then the survival rate,texture,colour, and sensibility of the flaps were observed. Results All cases were followed up from 3 to 24 months （with the mean of 18 months）. All 7 flaps were survived, the bone reveal were repaired excellently. The raw surface provided were repaired. The flaps possessed good texture and flexibility. The flaps sensibility recovery satisfied. Conclusion The flap possesses the good quality and its＇colour match the recipient site. The flap could resist abrasion and then prevented the ulcer and injuries to occur. The operation is easy and safe.
