特异性脱敏在变应性鼻炎中应用价值

Value of Specific Desensitization in Allergic Rhinitis

目的 探讨特异性脱敏在变应性鼻炎中的临床应用价值。方法 对80例变应性鼻炎患者进行血清特异性IgE检测并进行脱敏治疗，初始治疗每周3次，皮下注射，维持4—6个月，随着症状的逐渐消失，每周1—2次，最后0．5—1个月1次，皮下注射，3年后停止脱敏治疗。结果 特异性IgE检测结果显示尘螨阳性率最高（83．8％）。经脱敏治疗6个月至1年后，80例过敏性鼻炎患者症状明显减轻，花粉季节发病时间缩短，1—2年脱敏治疗后，激素用量减少，3年后过敏性鼻炎症状基本消失，有效率达90％。结论 特异性脱敏治疗是针对患者致敏原进行治疗的，是唯一可根治的方法，兼有预防和治疗的双重意义。

Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of specific desensitization in allergic rhinitis. Methods To carry on the serum particularity IgE examination and desensitization treatment for 80 cases of allergic rhinitis. The sufferers were treated every week 3 times in the beginning through subcutaneous injection and maintaining 4 -6 months, along with the gradual disappearance of the symptom, every week 1 - 2 times, in the end 0. 5 - 1 month once. The sufferers would stop treatment after 3 years. Results Particularity IgE examination result manifested chenman positive rate is the highest（83.8% ）. After treated by desensitization treatment for 6 months to one year, 80 cases of allergic rhinitis＇s symptoms eased obviously, the pollen season invasion time were shorten, the hormone dosage reduced by desensitization treatment after one to two years. The allergic coryza symptom almost disappeared after 3 years, efficient rate was 90%. Conclusion Specific desensitization treatment was for sufferer of anaphylactogen. It was unique method that can be radically cured, and having the dual meaning of the prevention and treatment.
