摘要 用甲酸法测定大鼠肺和纵膈淋巴结中的粉尘含量;用高效液相色谱法检测肺泡灌洗液中的磷脂。结果发现在染尘总剂量相同时,短时间以冲击量吸入含矽粉尘(冲击组)的大鼠肺中粉尘的含量在染尘结束后的第3天高于其它组;总磷脂的含量在第3天、第10天也明显高于对照组。 he character and quantity of inhaled dust and the inhalation burden patterns are very important in the  Institue of Hygiene and Occupational Medicine, Essen University, Essen, Genmany occurrences of pneumoconiosis. The study is about the effects of the different inhalation burden patterns of mine dust on the dust retention in lung and the phospholipids in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) in rats. The mine dust was examined for its retention in the lung and the mediastinum lymphatic knots of rats with the method of the formic acid digestion. The phospholipids in BALF of rats were determined by the method of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). At the same total doses of inhaling mine dust, the retention quatity of the min dust in rat lung was higher in short term high dose group than that in the other groups on the third day after the exposure. The levels of the total phospholipids in BALF of rat lung were higher in the short term high dose group than that in the control group on the third and tenth day after the exposure. The results suggestd that the lung was seriously injured after inhalation of a great quantity of the mine dust in short time.
