Wistar大鼠随机分成3组。烟草尘组每只大鼠经气管注入40mg经消毒的烟草尘,设置石英尘和生理盐水两个对照组。结果显示烟草尘组大鼠体重在染尘早期低于生理盐水对照组,全肺干重、全肺湿重、全肺胶原、血清铜蓝蛋白活性、血浆D-Dimer含量均高于生理盐水对照组,但显著低于石英对照组。
Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups. The rats in the tobacco group were intratracheally injected with 40 mg sterilized tobacco dust. Quartz (SiO 2>97%) and normal saline (N.S.) were given to the other two groups, respectively. It was shown that the body weight of rats in the tobacco group was lower than that of N.S. group in the early period. The dry weights of lung, total lipid and total collagen in the lungs, ceruloplasma activity in the serium, and D Dimer in the plasma were higher than those in N.S. group. But all of them were significantly lower than those in the quartz group. It is concluded that tobacco dust has toxic effects on the lung and had a weak ability to induce fibrosis.
