摘要
医疗纠纷已成为广大民众关注的问题。尤其护患纠纷作为医疗纠纷的一种,其发生率在上升。而实际工作中,许多护患纠纷的发生都直接或间接地由护患沟通障碍引起,现将其对策作一综述。
Medical dispute has become a problem extensively draw people＇s attention especially nurse - patient dispute and incidence rate of nurse- patient dispute is going up. In practical work, nurse - patient disputes were almost all resulted from the communication disorder between nurses and patients. It summa- rized the causes and precaution measures of medical disputes.
