摘要
豆天蛾是豆类作物生产过程中的一种重要害虫,也是一种重要的食用昆虫资源,在山东省、江苏省的部分地区已形成特色菜肴。本文从人工饲养种群的老熟幼虫肠道环境中分离、纯化、培养,获得细菌8个菌株,对其菌体形态、染色反应、培养性状、生理生化反应进行厂系统研究。鉴定结果表明:1号细菌菌株属于纤维单胞菌属(Cellulomonas);2、3号菌株暂小能确定所属地位,分别记为Clanis bilntata(L_2)、Clanis bilineata(L_3);4~7号细菌菌株分别属于地杆菌属(Terrabactcr)、短状杆菌属(Brachybactefium)、李斯特氏菌属(Listefia)、丙酸杆菌属(Propi- onibactefium);8号菌株为枯草芽孢杆菌(Baciplus subtilis)。不同细菌属之间在豆天蛾幼虫肠道环境中存在数量方面的明显差异。
Clanis bilineata Walker is a kind of important pest insect on 1 eguminous crop plants, and also a kind of important food resources insect. Eight bacteria strains were isolated from the intestinal of it's adult 1 arvae, that was bred in lab. And the bacterial modality, dyeing reaction, cultural character and physiological and biochemical reactions were studied Systematicaily. The results of identifi, cation were that the No. 1 belongeto Cellulomonas;No. 2and No. 3 donl been identified, and writed as Clanis bilineata( L2 ),Clanis bilineata( L3 ) No. 4 to No. 7 belong to respectively Terrabacter,Brachybacterium,Listeria,Propionibacterium;No. 8 is Baciplus subtilis. The quantity of different bacteria strains are different in intestinal environment of the dault larvae of Cla- nis bilineata Walker.
