矿质营养和有机质对大蒜鳞茎鲜重及大蒜素含量的影响 被引量:9

EFFECTS OF MINERAL NUTRITION AND ORGANIC MATTER ON GARLIC BULB FRESH WEIGHT AND ALLICIN CONTENT IN BULB

摘要 本文探讨了不同矿质元素及有机质对大蒜鳞茎鲜重及大蒜素含量的影响。结果表明,氮、磷、钾、铜、锌和有机质可显著提高鳞茎鲜重,且在一定范围内,随有效成分的增加鳞茎鲜重增加;但大蒜素含量的变化各异。鳞茎鲜重分别在土壤有效氮含量110.53μg·g^(-1)、有效磷60.22μg·g^(-1)、有效钾136.77μg·g^(-1)、有效铜7.52μg·g^(-1)、有效锌12.52μg·g^(-1)和土壤有机质含量为1.71%时达最大值。而大蒜素含量却分别在土壤有效氮含量129.61μg·g^(-1)、有效磷23.56μg·g^(-1)、有效钾155.65μg·g^(-1)、有效铜5.60μg·g^(-1)、有效锌11.33μg·g^(-1)和有机质含量为0.98%时最高。 In this paper, effects of mineral elements and organic matter on garlic bulb fresh weight and allicin content in bulb were studied. Results showed that nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, copper, zinc and organic matter can rapidly increase garlic bulb flesh weight. Furthermore, bulb flesh weight was improved with the increase in major components in cordain range allicin contert changed condent differently. Bulb flesh weight was the highest while available nitrogen content in soil 110.53 μg·g^-1, available phosphorus 60.22 μg·g^-1, available potassium 136.77 μg·g^-1, available copper 7. 52μg·g^-1 , available zinc 12. 52μg·g^-1 and organic matter content 1.71% respectively. But allicin contentwas the highest while nitrogen content 129. 611μg·g^-1, available phosphorus 23. 56μg·g^-1, available potassium 155. 65μg·g^-1 , available copper 5. 60μg·g^-1 ,available zinc 11. 33μg·g^-1 and organic matter 0.98% respectively.
