本文从软件开发的角度说明了面向对象方法的定义和特点,着重从计算机语言的发展和软件工程学的角度阐述了面向对象方法,面向对象方法是运用人类的自然思维方式,直接面对问题域中客观存在事物的软件开发方法,从而使开发的软件能够直接映射问题域,并且用面向对象方法开发的软件易于维护,易于扩展,开放性好,复用性好。最后得出结论：面向对象方法是软件理论的返朴归真。

The concept and characters of the object -oriented methodology are studiece are on the basis of software development in this paper. As an important issue, tile object- oriented methodology is discussed on the basis of the development of the computer languages and the science of software engineering. The object - oriented methodology is a method of software development upon the objects in the problem domain by the means of the mankindg natural thinking. As the result, the program developed by the means of object- oriented methodology is the direct image of the problem domain and is easy to be maintained and has a good expansibility and reusability. At last a conclusion that object - oriented methodology makes the software theory more accordant to the reality is drown.
