摘要
通过对断电延时时间继电器和接触器的结构及吸合时间的研究与比较,分析了原能耗制动控制线路的不足,并且进行了改进。改进后的控制线路,只增加了一对接触器的辅助常开触头,但改善了电动机的起动性能,适当延长了接触器的使用寿命。
Based on the study and comparison made to the structure and closing time of power breakoff time delay relays and contactors, the paper analyses the inadequacies of the original energy exhausting braking control circuit, and some improvements have been made. Only one pair of auxiliary headers of contactor is added to the improved control circuit, but the performance of motor is improved and the service life of contactors is prolonged as well.
