Peasants' Irrational Environment Behavior and Its Attribution

农民在采取环境行为时不是完全理性的,他们是有限理性的环境行为者。从社会成本和长期效用出发,农民的非理性环境行为是指那些破坏或不合理利用环境的行为。造成农民非理性环境行为的原因,存在经济学、社会学等多种解释角度,如以社会心理学中的归因理论为解释视角,这些行为是农民自身、社会环境和自然环境本身三者作用的结果。

Peasants always are not fully rational when they take the environment behaviors, they are bounded rational environment behaviorist. According to the social cost and long-term effectiveness ,we can define the peasants ＇ irrational environment behavior as those behaviors of destroying and unreasonable utilizing of the environment, we can aiso explain their irrational environment behavior from multi-subjects of economics ,sociology and so on, like the attribution theory of social psychology. These behaviors are the result caused by peasants themselves, social environment and natural environment.
