摘要
在世界范围内的行政改革大环境影响下,公共服务社会化的理念和方法在我国行政改革进程中也得到了初步的借鉴与应用。通过阐述公共服务社会化的内涵及其对我国行政管理领域的影响,结合当前的行政组织文化特点,简要分析了其在我国行政组织文化创新中的作用。
Under the influence of the administration reforms worldwide, the idea of public service socialization and its method have got preliminary reference and application in the process of administrative reform in our country. Through elaborating the connotation of public service socialization and its influence on the administrative domain in our country, and combining the current administrative organization culture characteristic, this article analyzes its function of administrative organization culture innovation in our country.
