福美双对肉鸡胫骨软骨发育不良发生的影响 被引量:3

摘要 120羽1日龄健康AA肉鸡经1周预饲后随机分为2组,对照组饲以基础日粮,试验组饲以基础日粮并添加100mg/kg福美双,对肉鸡胫骨长度、生长板厚度、肉鸡胫骨软骨发育不良(TD)指数及TD发病率等指标进行检测。结果表明,添加福美双使肉鸡TD发病率显著上升。患病鸡胫骨长度、生长板厚度和TD指数均有显著变化(P<0.01)。说明100mg/kg福美双可显著提高AA肉鸡TD发病率,具有应用该方法建立TD实验动物模型的潜力。
