长沙市饭店员工自我职业生涯管理实证研究 被引量:1

An Empirical Research on Hotel Employee's Individual Career Management in Changsha

摘要 了解不同个体特征的员工在自我职业生涯管理的差异化反应。是饭店开展组织职业生涯管理的基础。运用分析软件SPSS13.0对长沙9家星级饭店员工自我职业生涯管理的调查数据进行有关分析后得知:员工不同的性别、年龄、学历等人口学特征对员工自我职业生涯管理有显著影响。 This paper, based on the study of the nine hotels in Changsha, explores the relationship between the demographical factors and the employee's individual career management by SPSS13.0. Resuits show that such factors as gender, age and education have a significant impact on individual career management. The quantitative analysis provides the basis for hotels to carry on organizational career management.
