当代经济依靠法律对于产权的确定实现生产和交易。经济学绐我们提供了改革现有版权,限定网络版权的范围的有益视角。本文从经济学的角度论证了从简化著作权权利内容入手,设定广泛的传播权从而包括网络著作权,以及从保护对象入手,简化版权保护的内容,纳入网络作品,设定网络版权两种方式的优劣,并提出相应建议。

Modern economy depends on legal definition of property to realize production and transaction. Economics provides us a useful perspective on how to reform the present copyright law and define the scope of Internet copyright. The article from an economic perspective ex- pounds on the advantages and disadvantages of simplification of copyright content and devising a transmission right to cover Internet copyright and simplification of the list of forms of protection so as to cover internet works.
