摘要
继制备米酵菌酸(BA)多克隆抗体以后,作者成功地运用免疫杂交瘤技术,获得了能分泌抗米酵菌酸的单克隆抗体细胞株1F7和2H9,其腹水效价可达10-6,对BA的50%有效抑制浓度为10-4,两株细胞分泌抗体的亚型均为IgG1型。
After the preparation of polyclonal antibody against bongkrekic acid(BA), the cell lines, 1F 7 and 2H 9, which secreated monoclonal antibody against BA were established in our laboratory. The titer of the ascites were 10 -6 . The 50% effective inhibitory concentration was 10 -4 . Both 1F 7 and 2H 9 cell lines secreated IgG 1 subtype McAb. The concentration of purified IgG from ascites was 11g/L.
