摘要
企业家人力资本“供给”,有特定内涵与需求,并在特定方向与条件约束下形成具体的“供给”空间。在此空间内,虽有多种路径可供选择,但“适应性学习机制”作为具有效率优势的演化路径,可以促进“供给”的不断内生。正是这种内生性“供给”在不同企业家之间具有差异性,因此,相应企业的成长能力和状态呈现出显著不同。
The supply of entrepreneurial human capital has its own special connotations and demand. Under the restriction of special direction and condition, the supply of entrepreneurial human capital forms concrete space. In this space, there are many paths that can be selected, but the flexible mechanism of study may be an efficient evolution path, and it can accelerate the endogeny of the supply. The endogenous supply varies between different entrepreneurs. Accordingly, the growth ability and states of the corresponding enterprises take on marked difference.
