摘要
票据市场作为货币市场的重要组成部分,近年来获得了长足的发展。但现有票据市场制度中存在的问题也逐渐暴露,并在一定程度上陷入了“锁定”状态。在制度变迁需求客观存在的同时,诱致性制度变迁也在一定程度上出现,但仍有必要通过强制性制度变迁增加新制度的供给。
As an important component of money market, the paper market has gained much development in recent years in China. Meanwhile the current institution of Chinese paper market also reveals some existing problems or even lapses into a ＂lock-in＂ state to some extent. Therefore it＇s necessary to carry out compulsive institutional change as well as induced institutional change under the background that there exists the objective demand of it.
