胜坨油田多轮次调剖效果分析与技术对策 被引量:7

摘要 注水井多轮次调剖效果存在逐次递减问题,直接影响特高含水油田水驱采收率的进一步提高。按照封堵层间或层内的不同堵水目的,考察堵剂类型和剂量,调剖时机对多轮次调剖效果的影响。结果表明,对于层间调剖,应采用比前一轮封堵能力强的堵剂,并在前一轮次失效后进行下一轮调剖;对于层内调剖,应采用比前一轮运移能力强的堵剂,并且在前一轮次未失效时进行下一轮调剖。可以通过优化多轮次调剖的设计,减小多轮次调剖总体效果下降幅度。2005年现场多轮次调剖效果表明,注水压力、△PI90和△FD较2004年分别上升了2.07MPa、0.78MPa和0.05。载止2005年底已增油量8347.5t,收到了很好的经济和社会效益。 The effect descending of multi - round profile control in water - injecting wells had direct influence on water flooding recovery ratio elevation in high aqueous oilfields. According to different plugging purposes inside stra- tum and between strata,the effects of kinds and use levels of water- plugging agents and profile - adjusting time on the effect of multi - round profile control were studied. The results showed that for profile adjusting between strata, a waterplugging agent with stronger plugging ability than last one should be used for next profile adjusting and the profile adjusting should be done after last adjusting had not worked, and for profile adjusting inside stratum , a water - plugging agent with stronger handling ability than last one should be used when last adjusting was still working. The descending degree of the profile adjusting effect was improved by optimizing design of multi - round profile control. This technology was used in Shengtuo Oilfield and good economic benefit was gained.
