摘要
用固体碱[Mg(Al)O]负载金属氧化物(Co2O3)作催化剂,在常压下催化分子氧氧化正丁硫醇向二硫化物转化。实验考察了镁铝摩尔比、催化剂焙烧温度及活性组分钴含量与催化剂活性的关系,还考察了反应温度和溶剂对正丁硫醇氧化反应的影响。结果表明,Co2O3/Mg(Al)O具有较好的催化活性和稳定性。在镁铝摩尔比3∶1、Co含量8%、活化温度600℃条件下制得的催化剂活性最好。常压下用Co2O3/Mg(Al)O催化分子氧氧化正丁硫醇的适宜反应条件为甲醇作溶剂,反应温度40℃。用IR、UV对正丁硫醇的氧化产物的结构进行了表征。
The oxidation of n - butanethiol to disulfide was carried out with molecular oxygen under atmospheric pressure using metallic oxides supported on basic complex Mg- Al oxide [ Co2O3/Mg(Al)O] as catalyst. The factors related to activity of the catalyst, such as molar ratio of magnesium to aluminum, activating temperature, and content of cobalt, were studied by experiment. The influences of amount of the catalyst, reaction temperature, and sort of sol- vents on the catalytic oxidation of n - butanethiol were also investigated. The results showed that Co2O3/Mg(Al)O had higher catalytic activity and stability .The Co2O3/Mg(Al)O had the highest activity under molar ratio of Mg to A1 3 : 1, content of cobalt 8 %, and activating temperature 600℃. The optimum conditions of the oxidation reaction were methyl alcohol as solvent and reaction temperature 40℃ under atmospheric pressure. The structure of the oxidation product was identified by IR and UV.
